Hi, I’m Erin

I’ve always loved baking cakes. I enjoy the creative part of decorating and finding a style that suits each person. When we plan your cake, I like to listen to what you have in mind and turn it into something that feels right for your celebration.

How It All Began

I started out just baking for fun on the weekends, but before long, my passion for creating treats grew and I realized I wanted to share my work with others. I decided to turn what I love into Erin's Bakery NZ so I could spend my time making custom birthday cakes. I focus on using real ingredients and making sure every cake looks great, because I really just want to help make your celebration feel a bit more personal.
